On October 15–16, Global Forum 2026: Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction and Engineering in the Way to a Green Economy brought together representatives of government bodies, businesses, academia, investors, architects, engineers, and construction industry professionals to discuss current challenges and prospects for sustainable development.

Murad Buildings supported the forum, which aimed to advance the construction industry, strengthen professional ties, and improve the quality of training for future specialists. Alexey Lyan, Technical Director at Murad Buildings, delivered the opening address, highlighting the importance of cooperation between educational institutions and businesses, as well as the need to train qualified professionals for the modern construction industry.
On the first day of the forum, Andrey Trebunskix, Head of Product Development at Murad Buildings, delivered a presentation on a comprehensive approach to product development in the modern construction industry. His presentation focused on the principles behind residential projects designed to meet the actual needs of future residents.
Product development begins long before construction starts. It involves analyzing the needs of the target audience, shaping the project concept, developing layout solutions, and planning infrastructure and the functional features of residential spaces. It is at this stage that the key characteristics are established that determine everyday comfort, market demand for a project, and its long-term value.

On the second day of the forum, Dmitry Shcharbitski, Head of Design and Standardization at Murad Buildings, presented on the topic “The Gap Between a Degree and the Construction Site: Why It Takes Five Years After Graduation for an Engineer to Become a Specialist.” His presentation addressed the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired at university and the practical skills required to work on real construction projects. Particular attention was given to the importance of hands-on experience, an understanding of construction processes, and the ability to make sound engineering decisions under actual construction site conditions.

The participation of Murad Buildings representatives in Global Forum 2026 provided an opportunity to share the company's practical expertise and contribute to the professional dialogue on the future of construction. Cooperation between businesses and educational institutions helps align academic curricula with current market needs, create opportunities for knowledge exchange, and prepare specialists capable of addressing today's technological and infrastructure challenges.

For Murad Buildings, supporting initiatives of this kind is a contribution to the development of the professional community, the improvement of construction quality, and the creation of a sustainable urban environment in Uzbekistan.
