Murad Buildings hosted SOY BO'YI FEST, a celebration marking the opening of the second phase of the Soy Bo'yi residential complex. The event brought together residents, their families and new neighbours around the project’s central idea: “Neighbours by the Water. Where Your Mahalla Begins.”
The festival held in the residential complex’s park courtyard, and it created an opportunity for residents to meet, connect and establish new traditions of neighbourly life. Guests enjoyed family photo zones, a children’s mahalla, interactive activities and a food street featuring traditional Uzbek plov. The musical programme featured a live band performance and a special appearance by Tahir Sadykov.
The official ceremony began with a welcome to the residents, followed by speeches from Murad Nazarov, Founder of Murad Buildings, and Oybek Nurmuhamedov, the company’s CEO. The opening of the second phase marked a new milestone in Soy Bo'yi’s development and the continued growth of its residential community.
SOY BO'YI FEST highlighted that a comfortable living environment is shaped not only by architecture and landscaping, but also by meaningful connections between people, family gatherings and a shared sense of home.
