On June 25, the Murad Buildings team participated in Build Connect 2026 industry forum, which brought together leading representatives of the construction sector, including developers, contractors, and suppliers. As part of the business program, two experts from Murad Buildings delivered presentations.

Marina Zabolotneva, Chief Financial Officer, presented a session titled "Financial instruments that bridge cash flow gaps: practical mechanisms and real cases." In her presentation, she shared practical approaches to liquidity management, cash flow gap prevention, and ensuring the financial sustainability of development projects.

Natalya Kim, Head of Procurement and Head of Operational Excellence, delivered a presentation titled "How to select contractors without risk: an evaluation model and a blacklist of unreliable contractors." She outlined the company's approach to comprehensive contractor evaluation, risk management, and the tools that enhance transparency and efficiency in procurement processes.

In addition, Natalya Kim participated in the panel discussion "Why do contractors and suppliers lose tenders? An analysis of common mistakes and what needs to change." Together with fellow industry experts, she discussed the most common reasons behind unsuccessful tender applications, developers' expectations, and practical recommendations to help contractors and suppliers improve their chances of establishing successful partnerships.
