Development company Murad Buildings has signed Memorandums of cooperation with Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, and Competence Development Institute. The signed agreements aim to systematically develop the human capital of the construction industry, enhance professional qualifications, and integrate modern technologies into industry practice.
The partnership with the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is focused on strengthening the connection between education, research and practice. The cooperation includes the development of joint academic programs, internships and practical training opportunities for students on the company’s projects, the implementation of research initiatives, and the involvement of the company’s practicing specialists in the educational process.

A separate milestone was the signing of a Memorandum with the Competence Development Institute, which provides for the implementation of advanced training programs for engineering, technical, and managerial personnel; the introduction of modern design and construction standards; and the organization of specialized seminars and training sessions at Murad Buildings’ construction sites.
Cooperation with the Competence Development Institute also includes the expansion of international collaboration, the exchange of best practices, and the creation of conditions for the continuous professional growth of specialists.
