Experts from Murad Buildings took a part in ARCHICA Central Asia 2026

The participation of Murad Buildings experts in ARCHICA Central Asia 2026 became a significant contribution to the development of professional dialogue at the intersection of architecture, development, and law. The forum, which annually brings together leading architects, developers, urbanists, and representatives of government institutions, serves as a key platform for discussing the future of the urban environment in Central Asia.

ARCHICA Central Asia is not merely an industry event, but a strategic platform where new approaches to design, renovation, and urban space management are shaped. The focus is on sustainable development, the integration of international standards, technological innovation, and the creation of a high-quality living environment. In 2026, the forum’s program places particular emphasis on the legal regulation of architectural activity, highlighting the maturity of the market and the growing demand for systemic solutions.

As part of the business program, Murad Buildings experts spoke at the session titled “Rules of the Game in Architecture: Legal Protection of Copyright, Legal Aspects of Renovation, and Commissioning of Facilities,” where they outlined key legal mechanisms underlying the successful implementation of development projects.

Among the speakers was Roman Reshetnyak, Head of the Legal Department at the company. With over 12 years of experience in law and development, he has supported the implementation of flagship projects, including Uzbekistan’s first skyscraper — NEST ONE in Tashkent City — as well as major industrial complexes in the Navoiy region. His expertise covers the entire lifecycle of a project, from establishing the legal framework to commissioning.

In his speech, Roman Reshetnyak focused on recent legislative developments in Uzbekistan aimed at improving the regulation of renovation and commissioning processes. He emphasized that proper legal support is not a formality, but a key factor in a project’s investment sustainability and long-term value.

Another speaker at the session was Emil Dzhemaledinov, Head of Contractual and Litigation Practice at Murad Buildings. With more than 12 years of professional experience, his work combines development projects and initiatives related to the preservation of cultural heritage.

Emil Dzhemaledinov’s expertise encompasses the full cycle of legal support for construction activities, as well as the protection and restoration of significant cultural heritage sites. During the session, he elaborated on issues related to renovation and ensuring safety at all stages of project implementation.

The participation of Murad Buildings experts in ARCHICA Central Asia 2026 confirms the company’s strategic role not only as a developer, but also as an active contributor to shaping professional standards in the market. Understanding the “rules of the game” and maintaining a systematic approach to legal frameworks are becoming essential components in creating architecture that is sustainable over time and protected at the legal level.
