Soy Bo’yi: A Riverside Home Where Expectations Become Reality
Soy Bo’yi: A Riverside Home Where Expectations Become Reality

On the banks of the river in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, at 3A Yusuf Sakkaki Avenue — an area with well-developed social and transport infrastructure — an Open House Day was held at the residential complex Soy Bo’yi. This project by Murad Buildings, where modern architecture meets nature and the traditional philosophy of the mahalla (community), welcomed its future residents and guests.

Atmosphere and Impressions

Participants of the event explored the future landscaped areas: a courtyard with a fountain, recreation zones, and a private riverside promenade. They also visited demo floors, apartments, and the parking facilities.

Guests highlighted that Soy Bo’yi fully lives up to the previously presented visualizations and concept: the architectural solutions, landscaped courtyard, and lobby interiors look exactly as promised by the developer. Special attention was drawn to the building itself — its thoughtful height and harmonious integration into the overall concept of the project.

During the visit, guests had the opportunity to see the apartments first-hand, appreciating the quality of construction, convenient layouts, and the atmosphere of future living. All of this became an important confirmation of the reliability and transparency of Murad Buildings.

Infrastructure and Comfort

Soy Bo’yi offers a high level of comfort, including:

  • Designer lobbies with lounge areas, recreation spaces, and through-entrances;
  • The most spacious inner courtyard-park in the district, designed as a green oasis for all generations;
  • Underground parking with direct access to the entrances, which also preserves the concept of a car-free and safe courtyard;
  • Storage rooms for seasonal items and sports equipment.

Architectural Concept and Location

The complex is an author’s project with unique architecture, consisting of buildings of varying heights (13–16 floors), constructed with ceramic granite, aluminum composite panels, and panoramic glazing.

Philosophy of the Project

The name of the complex — Soy Bo’yi (“by the riverbank”) — reflects the idea of living in harmony with nature, in the rhythm of a traditional mahalla, where one can live comfortably, relax, and in moments of solitude, watch the gentle flow of the river.

Soy Bo’yi is not just housing — it’s a way of life where architecture meets nature. Even such details as underground parking and a car-free courtyard are part of our philosophy of care for residents. And today, our guests saw that we delivered exactly what we promised,
said Olga Butenko, Sales Director of Murad Buildings.

Results

The Open House became a true celebration — filled with trust, joy, and inspiration. Many guests took a step toward a new life by the river, leaving applications for apartments, parking spaces, and storage rooms in the complex. Soy Bo’yi has confirmed its status as one of the most beautiful and anticipated projects in Tashkent.
