Within the framework of the forum the results of the first international contest "Happiness in action!" was summarized, in which more than a hundred domestic and foreign companies took part. Winners were chosen by calculating the index of happiness of the company, calculated on the basis of assessment of employees by 12 criteria. Employees from more than one hundred companies in Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan were surveyed on employee satisfaction and engagement. This questionnaire was also designed to focus on the priorities of inclusiveness and gender balance.
Among the best of the finalists who scored the highest "Happiness Index" was a domestic development company Murad Buildings LLC. The representatives of company shared their experience with the forum participants, answered questions and received recognition from the professional community.
