This prestigious SCO International Half Marathon was organized for the first time in our country with the support of the Ministry of Sports Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic Committee, the Athletics Federation of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent City Administration, and the Youth Affairs Agency.
In total, over 2,200 people were officially registered to participate in various race categories. Today, many running enthusiasts who couldn't register also joined in, bringing the total number of participants in this international marathon to more than 2,500.
