Kazakh developer BI Group and Murad Buildings have agreed on the next stage of their joint work in Uzbekistan — the transfer of NRG shares to BI Group while preserving the company’s local identity. The agreement was reached during the international business forum “Great Silk Road Business Cooperation Forum” on November 13, 2025.
This marks another step in BI Group’s long-term strategy for its presence in the Uzbek market and simultaneously reaffirms the partners’ mutual respect for their chosen professional paths. NRG will continue operating under the NRG BI brand with BI Group’s local management team. Murad Buildings will focus on developing its own unique projects. The amount and terms of the deal are not disclosed.
The model agreed upon by the parties envisions separate implementation of strategic vision based on each company’s strongest competencies. Murad Buildings will develop projects with a distinctive architectural identity and individualized solutions. BI Group will assume the sole role of operational management of NRG, focusing on integrated urban environments and infrastructure. This approach accelerates decision-making and reinforces the company’s key competencies.
For NRG clients, employees, and partners, the changes mean the preservation of commitments and consistency of direction. Service standards will be improved, and contractual conditions for current and upcoming projects will remain unchanged. BI Group reaffirms its adherence to Uzbek legislation, close cooperation with government institutions and local communities, prioritization of local suppliers, and development of domestic talent.

NRG BI will expand its activities in Uzbekistan in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, transparent pricing, and customer-oriented service. The company will provide regular updates to buyers about construction progress and key project milestones, as well as develop training programs to improve the skills of local specialists. All communications and decisions will be made in line with the country’s urban development policies and in continuous coordination with relevant authorities.
